Every line on the pattern block answers to engineering drape, stress, and closure geometry are resolved before a hide is cut, not after.
We work in disclosed weight bands: 1.3mm to 1.5mm where structure carries the silhouette, and 1.0mm to 1.2mm where flexibility and hand come first. Each band is a specification, not a warehouse default.
Hardware is held to YKK standards where the zip is load-bearing puller, tape, and slider matched to the leather so wear reads as one surface over time.
The body is mapped in seven panels so seams follow predictable load paths; reinforcement sits where torque concentrates, not where trends dictate a seam for looks.
Assembly is fixed at two to three weeks on the bench. The schedule is part of the build the number does not move because the process does not compress.
