LHEATHER is a small operation. We collect only what we need to build your jacket, deliver it and support it for its lifetime. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not believe in collecting information we have no use for.
This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how it is handled.
Data We Collect
Name, email address, phone number and delivery address. Collected at the point of commission. Required to build, deliver and authenticate your jacket.
Jacket model, size, colour preference and any custom measurement details. Stored permanently as part of your commission record and linked to your authenticity certificate.
Payment is processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. LHEATHER does not store card numbers, bank details or payment credentials of any kind. We receive only confirmation of payment and your transaction reference.
Emails, WhatsApp messages and appointment requests are retained for service continuity. We do not use this communication for profiling or marketing analysis.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information you provide to process your commission, deliver your jacket, issue your authenticity certificate and support your jacket for its lifetime.
We may contact you regarding your commission, delivery status or repair assessment. We will not contact you with promotional material unless you have explicitly opted in to receive it.
Your commission record including jacket model, craftsman details and build specification is retained permanently as part of the authenticity system. This record is tied to your jacket, not used for commercial purposes.
Access
Your information is accessible only to the LHEATHER team directly involved in your commission the craftsman assigned to your build, the person handling your delivery and the person responding to your support queries.
We use the following third-party services to operate:
Your payment is handled by a PCI-compliant payment gateway. They process the transaction. We receive confirmation only.
Your delivery address is shared with a logistics partner for the purpose of dispatching your jacket. It is not retained by them beyond the delivery.
Commission confirmations, dispatch notifications and support correspondence are sent via our email service provider. Your email address is not used for any purpose beyond your commission communication.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of all the information we hold about you at any time. Email privacy@lheather.in with your commission number.
If any information we hold is incorrect, contact us and we will correct it immediately.
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. Note that commission records tied to authenticity certificates cannot be deleted as they form part of the jacket's permanent record. All other personal data will be removed.
You can object to any use of your data that goes beyond your commission. We will stop immediately.
You can request your data in a portable format at any time.

Our website uses essential cookies only those required for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics that profile your browsing behaviour.
