All L-Heather jackets are made to order. No stock exists. When you place a commission, the build begins specifically for you.

A commission is confirmed upon receipt of the 40% deposit. The remaining 60% is due before dispatch. Your commission number is issued within 24 hours of your deposit being confirmed.

L-Heather reserves the right to cancel a commission if the deposit payment fails verification or if the order cannot be fulfilled for reasons outside our control. In this case a full refund is issued within 7 business days.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are fixed at the time your commission is confirmed. No price increases are applied after your deposit is received.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the L-Heather price.

L-Heather does not offer discounts, promotional pricing or sale events. The price is the price.

Build timelines begin from the date your deposit is confirmed. Timelines are estimates based on standard build processes. L-Heather is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control including supply chain disruptions, logistics delays or natural events.

If a significant delay occurs beyond the stated timelines, we will contact you directly with an updated estimate. You may cancel and receive a full refund at this point if you choose to.

Free shipping is included on all India commissions. Risk of loss and title for jackets pass to you upon dispatch. L-Heather is not liable for loss or damage during transit once the jacket has been handed to the logistics partner.

Every L-Heather jacket is accompanied by a serialised authenticity certificate. This certificate is tied to the specific commission and is non-transferable for warranty purposes. Ownership of the physical jacket may be transferred the certificate travels with the jacket.

All L-Heather brand assets the name, monogram, design language, product names, copy and visual identity are the intellectual property of L-Heather. They may not be reproduced, copied or used without written permission.

L-Heather is responsible for the quality of every jacket we build and dispatch. If a jacket does not meet the specification it was built to, we will assess and remediate at no cost to you.

L-Heather is not liable for damage caused by misuse, third-party alterations or natural wear beyond the scope of the build specification.

Our total liability in any claim is limited to the value of the commission in question.
